Energy Transfer to acquire

Energy Transfer LP and WTG Midstream, LLC  announced a definitive agreement in which Energy Transfer will acquire WTG Midstream Holdings LLC for approximately $3.25 billion. The transaction involves $2.45 billion in cash and about 50.8 million newly issued Energy Transfer common units. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, pending regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. WTG Midstream offers extensive midstream services, including wellhead gathering, intra-basin transportation, and processing. Its 6,000-mile pipeline network serves key operators in the Midland Basin, particularly in Martin, Howard, Upton, Reagan, and Irion counties. WTG operates eight processing plants with a combined capacity of approximately 1.3 billion cubic feet per day and is constructing two additional plants to add another 0.4 Bcf/d. Phillips 66 to acquire

Phillips 66 announced its agreement to acquire Pinnacle Midland Parent LLC from private equity firm Energy Spectrum Capital for a cash consideration of $550 million. This strategic move aims to expand Phillips 66's natural gas gathering and processing footprint in the Midland Basin. Mark Lashier, chairman and CEO of Phillips 66, stated, “We are growing our Midstream business in the Permian to further strengthen and expand our service offerings to customers while driving operational and commercial synergies. Tivoli Midstream acquires

Tivoli Midstream LLC has announced the completion of its acquisition of strategic terminal and infrastructure assets located in the Gulf Coast of Texas in Brazoria County, known as the “Chocolate Bayou Assets,” from affiliates of Ascend Performance Materials, LLC. The Chocolate Bayou Assets comprise approximately 3.0 million barrels of storage capacity, open land available for development, and an extensive footprint of logistics assets. Boasting over 100 storage tanks, these assets are versatile, capable of handling a wide range of products including renewables, refined products, specialty chemicals, LPGs, and more.
