Cashco has announced the appointment of Satish Shewale as the company’s new engineering director, bringing with him more than 23 years of experience in engineering leadership and product development across the energy, oil and gas, power, chemical, and process equipment sectors.
Satish holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and has built a distinguished career solving complex technical challenges. With over 19 years specifically dedicated to valves, flow control products, and process equipment, his expertise is closely aligned with Cashco’s core product lines and strategic vision.
Before joining Cashco, Satish served as engineering manager at Bray International, Inc. in Houston, Texas, where he led engineering teams and drove forward innovation in product development over an 11.5-year tenure.
