SIAD Macchine Impianti S.p.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of SIAD S.p.A., has announced the establishment of SIAD Americas LLC, marking a significant step in the company’s global expansion strategy.

Based in The Woodlands, north of Houston, SIAD Americas is dedicated to providing comprehensive marketing, engineering, procurement, and project management support for the sale of SIAD’s engineered equipment throughout the Americas.

Paolo Ferrario, general manager of SIAD MI, commented on the expansion, stating, “Our entry into the Americas market allows SIAD to offer our advanced engineered solutions to a diverse range of customers across North, Central, and South America. These include EPCs, industrial gas companies, distributors, and new users focusing on decarbonization initiatives.”

SIAD MI, renowned as a leading independent global supplier of Air Separation Units and CO2 plants, has been enhancing its technical capabilities on a global scale. With recent innovations in large-scale ASUs, including the receipt of six awards for projects such as two 3000 sTPD (2750 mTPD) ASUs, SIAD is well-positioned to support decarbonization efforts in the Americas.

Bernardo Sestini, chairman and CEO of SIAD S.p.A., expressed optimism about the company’s expansion, stating, “Entering the Americas market aligns with increased demand for our engineered equipment driven by reshoring, near shoring, sustainability, and energy transition initiatives. We are committed to further expanding our presence in the Americas, and the establishment of SIAD Americas enables us to better serve a wider range of customers with a locally integrated team.”

Leading SIAD’s foray into the Americas is Ed Hotard, chairman, and CEO of SIAD Americas LLC, bringing over 15 years of experience as a senior advisor to the leadership of SIAD S.p.A. and SIAD Macchine Impianti’s board of directors.
