Roper Divests Zetec

Roper Technologies, a diversified technology company, is to sell its Zetec business to Eddyfi/NDT in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $350m.

For more than 50 years Zetec, headquartered in Snoqualmie, Washington has been involved in nondestructive testing (NDT) solutions for the critical inspection needs of industries the world counts on every day including oil and gas, maritime, rail, and manufacturing. It has generated approximately $64m of revenue and $17m in pretax earnings over the last 12 months.
