Crown Carbon Reduction Technologies, Inc., a division of Savannah-based Colonial Group, Inc., has acquired US Chemical Solutions, LLC headquartered in Douglas, Wyoming, effective June 1, 2023. US Chemical was founded in 2014 and is a toll blender and warehouser for various chemicals used in the mining and oil and gas industries.
“US Chemical has been a trusted supplier for Crown for several years,” said Doug Simmons, division president of Crown Carbon Reduction Technologies, Inc. “This acquisition ensures long-term supply of these products and further enhances our specialty chemical capabilities.”
US Chemical has five locations nationwide and multiple rail spurs across the United States and Canada.
