The TF Warren Group has named Ryan Bardo as general counsel. He will be responsible for leading group legal operations and providing legal and strategic advice to the group and its companies throughout the US and internationally.
Bardo comes to TF Warren Group with over 15 years of legal experience, both as outside and in-house counsel.
Prior to joining TF Warren, Ryan practiced business litigation for a leading law firm in Houston, followed by in-house roles in the industrial gas and midstream and upstream oil and gas markets.
Ryan has provided legal support to business operations in the US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Before starting his legal career, Ryan served as an officer in the US Army, including two tours in Iraq.
A native Houstonian, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
